At Raver Shades, we want you to be happy with your order.

All items are eligible for a refund as long as they have not been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or use.

To start a refund request, please contact us through our contact form with your order details. Once your request has been reviewed, we will confirm the next steps.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Raver Shades reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the conditions above.
